Return and Refund Policy

By completing a purchase with Ivy & Ivory, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, and free from any stains, odors, or signs of wear, with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements—including those with visible wear, damage, alterations, or strong scents such as perfume, smoke, or deodorant—will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, including but not limited to sale items, intimates, bodysuits, and accessories.

All return requests must be submitted within the stated return window. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may be denied.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within the specified timeframe and provide detailed information along with clear photos for review. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Ivy & Ivory reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy. 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
